All medical procedures are performed by Dr. Valdes which include: Laser Treatments, Botox & Fillers, Skin Tag, Spider Vein & Photo Facial Treatments, Brown Spot Removal as well as various other cosmetic services offered through Aesthetics By Karen Marlise. Laser Hair Removal Treatments are performed by Karen Marlise under the direct supervision of Dr. Valdes.

We use Quantam Lumenis Pulse Light Laser for all photo rejuvenation treatments. The photo rejuvenation treatments can be performed on the face, neck, arms, chest, back and any area with sun damage or aged skin. Another name for these treatments are IPL treatment or photo facial. Photo facials and body treatments are done in series of treatments. Facial rejuvenation and skin rejuvenation are done four weeks apart. The laser skin treatments depending on skin’s damage determines what wave-length is used and when it is used. A example would be a client comes in with their primary problem being vascular damage. People with permanent red skin. Many times the client has larger spider veins on the face with lots of tiny spider veins. The IPL works great at reducing this problem.

The larger spider veins can be cleared with the 1054 Yag because the pulse light won’t completely clear veins that are too large.

Our office has LED light skin treatments as well as photo facials from pulse light laser. The laser photo rejuvenation is much stronger treatment then LED skin treatments. The energy is much higher for photo rejuvenation that LED.

Photo rejuvenation is a very affordable way to regenerate new skin, improve skin condition and reduce the signs of aging.
