and in both of these cases it is quite obvious they had little to absolutely no real training! You can clearly see the young woman whose eyebrows are shown in the adjacent photo are extremely disproportioned to her eyes and face and are not flattering on her at all, in fact they are distracting from her eyes. The proper eyebrow designs should frame the eye to draw focus to the eyes and eyelashes rather than distract from them.

In the next photo this young woman stopped her permanent make up treatment immediately before allowing the untrained person wielding the needle to continue. Upon reviewing what had already been applied to her upper lip she realized the person performing the permanent make up treatments was lacking the expertise she needed to give the illusion of fuller lips without it being noticeably obvious and in her case it is more than obvious.
