Permanent Eyeliner
Unlike most trends, eyeliner has always been around. We love the way we looks when we have it on and we hate it when it smears. Permanent makeup or eyeliner tattoo never runs. Always perfectly placed, permanent eyeliner improves the appearance of missing, thin, or light colored lashes. It allows people to swim, shower, or exercise without having eyeliner smudges. It provides safety and convenience to people with vision problems or unsteady hands. Eye doctors (Ophthalmologists and Optometrists) also recommend permanent eyeliner to patients who wear contact lenses, have watery eyes, or are allergic to regular makeup. One reason is, it protects you from getting eyeliner under your contacts or burning make-up in your eyes. We know you have experienced that very unpleasant feeling and not being able to clean it out at that moment.
As long ago as 10,000 years BC, people were lining their eyes. The ancient Egyptians, male and female often wore eyeliner of kohl. Not only did it frame the eye but also helped reduced glare from the bright sun – think of football players with grease on their cheeks.
