Permanent cosmetic eyebrows is a form of tattooing implanting cosmetic ink into the skin. It is color enhancement for the eyebrows. Many times I do eyebrow electrolysis after I create a permanent eyebrow for a client. I have been a permanent cosmetic artist for many years and a electrologist which goes hand in hand in helping clients achieve the perfect permanent eyebrow. It truly is not forever but permanent brow color usually lasts at lease two to five years. But, that depends on the person. If you are in the sun a lot or use peels regularly then the permanent brow color will not hold up as long and will need to be recolored more often then they would.
